CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

DO YOU HAVE A DESIGN BACK GROUND?

DO YOU WANT TO COMBINE YOUR DESIGN SKILLS WITH REAL ESTATE?

DO YOU WANT TO BECOME A REALTOR?

The Habitatilist is a Real Estate sales and Home Design & Renovation Planning company working out of the Keller Williams Mid-town Direct Maplewood brokerage.  Our main focus is Real Estate.  Helping clients buy or sell properties.  I am looking for licensed Realtor Associates, or those who are looking to get their license, to join my team.

The Habitatilist does do a good deal of home design work along with its Real Estate services.  We help Home Buyers find fixer-uppers and show them the potential the property has to offer.  The Buyers could be end users who live in the home, or Investors who want to resell the property once it's renovated - we would then, as Realtors, facilitate the sale of the home.  As a design firm we come up with a design plan, budget and timeline.  Working with the contractors (The Habitatilist is not a licensed General Contractor), we execute and oversee any and all renovations and remodels for our client.  Our job is to turn that outdated house into a spectacular dream home.

We also work with Homeowners.  Some hire us just to do Design work to help them update their homes.  Others contract us to be both Designers and Realtors.  We help these clients get their house ready for market by advising them on renovations or remodels they can do to boost the value and marketability of the property.  We also help them stage their home with their own, or outside rental furniture.  Once the work is done, we list and market the home through to the final sales transaction.

Think of The Habitatilist as the HGTV shows "Fixer Upper", "Property Brothers" & "Love It or List It" all wrapped in one!

The Habitatilist is looking for energetic, licensed (or want to be licensed) Realtors to join their team. If you have a love of home design and want to use it together with Real Estate work, please contact me.
